TECHNICAL SUPERVISION – $400/month, or % *

• Monitoring the current progress of work
• Checking the quality of materials and equipment
• Ensuring the maintenance of executive documentation
• Signing of certificates of completion
• Participation in commissioning
• Maintaining a technical supervision log

 

CONSULTING ENGINEER – $600/month, or % *

• Acts as the customer’s representative in accordance with the contract
• Advises the client on the engagement of design and general contractors
• Participates in the preparation of the contract and monitors compliance with its provisions by all construction participants
• Controls the organizational and technological reliability of construction
• Participates and makes proposals on the design stages
• Controls the expenditure of funds at all stages of construction
• Controls the contractor’s compliance with the approved work schedule
• Analyses the results of inspections and the validity of the conclusions of state regulatory and supervisory authorities
• Participates in the analysis of claims that have arisen between the project participants and in the development of appropriate proposals for their elimination
• Controls the quality and scope of work performed
• Informs the customer about the existence of problematic issues that have arisen or may arise in the course of work
• Provides the contractor with recommendations on elimination of violations during the performance of works and monitors the progress of implementation of such recommendations
• Controls the elimination of defects by the contractor
